STI Screening and Sexual Health
If you are concerned that you may have a sexually transmitted infection (STI) or other sexual health concern, please make an appointment to see a healthcare professional at Stamps Health Services or an off-campus provider.
Students who identify as gay, bi, or queer men (or who are otherwise men who have sex with men) and who are requesting STI Screening, HIV testing, and information about PrEP or other sexual health concerns can make an appointment to see Steven Terry, PA in Stamps.
LGBTQIA students who identify as women as well as students who were assigned female at birth (including trans men or transmasculine individuals) can make an appointment with Women's Health for pap smears/lower exams, STI and HIV screening, and other sexual health concerns. Staff in Women's Health are trained to assist trans, intersex, and gender variant students with any special concerns or considerations you may have.
For students wishing to seek services off campus, Feminist Women's Health Center can provide services on a sliding scale to LGBTQIA patients.
Support, Referrals, and General Assistance
For students who are seeking non-crisis support, please make an appointment with a professional staff member, the Center's coordinator. We can provide referrals and guidance on a range of LGBTQIA issues. You may also drop by the Center in room 140 of the flag building but please be advised that staff may not be available immediately. If you require assistance in their absence, the staff in the Women's Resource Center can provide a safe and supportive environment to discuss concerns. Please note that neither office can provide counseling support.
